Conveniently located right off Highway 169 and Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie, Prairie Bluffs offers exceptional accommodations and comprehensive wellness.

Our community is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the 13-mile Minnesota River Bluffs Regional Trail and Hyland Lake Park Reserve. We offer a luxury level with upgraded suites and stunning views, a pub, theatre, bistro with an ice cream parlor, restaurant-style dining, salon, and more. From beautiful stonework and glass railings to artful textures and graceful contours, we’ve designed Prairie Bluffs to blend in with the natural beauty of our area. Our spacious common areas have been designed for residents and guests to unwind and visit after a leisurely stroll along our stone pathways or a lovely trip to Eden Prairie Center shopping mall. Prairie Bluffs Memory Care is uniquely designed to empower residents to succeed daily, with innovative approaches like aromatherapy, sensory rooms, and focused wellness activities planned by a dedicated Life Enrichment Director. With our Fitness Center and rehabilitative therapy, residents can quickly recover from an illness, injury, or surgery in Prairie Bluffs Enhanced Assisted Living.

We moved into the Independent Living community at Prairie Bluffs Senior Living mid November 2020. The overall experience from initial conversations, virtual tour, through moving in, were so well managed and relatively less stressful, for us, than previous move experiences. We attribute this positive experience to Colin, Marketing Director, and the rest of the team within Prairie Bluffs.
The complex is beautiful and offers incredible amenities for seniors dealing with various stages of life, Independent Living, Transitional Care, Assisted Living and Memory Care. The apartments in Independent Living are new and very well appointed, highlighted with stainless steel appliances, walk in showers and washer and dryer, in each unit.
Bottom line, however, it’s the people who work here that make it very special. Everyone we’ve come in contact with has been so friendly and always helpful. Even through the pandemic, we’ve been entertained and attended to weekly. As challenging as isolation can be, we’ve always felt a strong sense of support and not alone. A variety of events and surprises are delivered to our door almost daily.
