Prairie Bluffs’ Enhanced Assisted Living was created for seniors needing a higher level of Assisted Living health care. In an atmosphere similar to a higher-end hotel, the private suites, care packages, and amenities were designed for convenience and comfort. Each private suite includes a bathroom and walk-in shower for convenience and comfort.

Residents can enjoy restaurant-style dining, on-site salon, outdoor walking pathways, and numerous other amenities. You’ll have the support you need with focused wellness activities and 24-hour assistance from our experienced associates.

Included in your monthly fee:

• Fully furnished private suite with a hospital bed
• All utilities
• Wi-Fi, cable television, and telephone service
• Culinary packages available
• Weekly housekeeping
• Scheduled socials, educational, and recreational activities
• Scheduled transportation for outings
• Controlled building entrance 24 hours a day

ENHANCED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE A

Assistance with all activities of daily living: life enrichment activities, showers or baths up to two times per week, two loads
of laundry per week including linen change, escorts to meals, safety checks, pendant system, laboratory coordination,
care conferences, medication management, medication administration, one person transfers, stand by assist, and
cueing for meals and activities.

ENHANCED LIFESTYLE PACKAGE B

Includes services within Lifestyle Package A: O2 management,
catheter care, ostomy care, insulin management (non-sliding scale), and basic wound management.

PERSONAL CARE PACKAGE

Our Personal Care Package is a community-managed service that provides a range of incontinence care products
directly to your loved one.

COMFORT CARE PACKAGE

Prairie Bluffs Comfort Care Package offers dedicated care to those who are needing end of life support.  The comfort care package provides a fully furnished private suite including a hospital bed, and private restroom/shower for your loved one.  All cares within our Package A and B including hospice coordination are included.  Families are offered a quiet and quaint setting in which they can spend time with their loved one in their private suite or in dedicated common spaces for family gatherings.
